Fitment overview

This Opuladuo 2-pack replacement chain is made for select 10-inch Greenworks and KOBALT pole saws. It is intended for the Greenworks Pro 80V and 60V pole saw models listed below, as well as the specified 10-inch KOBALT pole saws.

Because pole saw chains must match the bar and sprocket setup exactly, the safest way to confirm fit is to compare your saw’s bar length and the chain specs printed on the bar or in your owner’s manual before ordering.

Will this chain fit your saw?

Measuring chain pitch, gauge and drive links

This chain is a fit for the following models and part numbers from the original listing:

  • Greenworks Pro 80V PS80L00 pole saw
  • Greenworks Pro 80V PS80L210 pole saw
  • Greenworks Pro 60V PS60L210 pole saw
  • Greenworks Pro 60V PS60L211 pole saw
  • Greenworks Pro 60V PS60L00 pole saw
  • Greenworks Pro 60V PS60L01 pole saw
  • KOBALT 533628 (KPS1080B-06) pole saw
  • KOBALT 533627 (KPS2080A-06) pole saw

To confirm fitment, check these four basics on your existing chain or guide bar:

  • Bar length: This replacement is for a 10-inch bar.
  • Pitch: Must match your original chain.
  • Gauge: Must match the bar groove and original chain.
  • Drive-link count: Must be exactly the same as your current chain.

If your saw is one of the compatible models above but the bar or chain has been changed at some point, always go by the actual bar and chain specs currently on the saw. Even among saws with the same bar length, a chain with the wrong pitch, gauge, or drive-link count will not fit correctly.

A quick visual check also helps: the replacement chain should match your old chain in overall loop size and cutter layout. If your current chain is badly worn and hard to read, the bar stamp or owner’s manual is usually the best source for the correct chain dimensions.

Replacing the chain

Fitting the chain onto the bar and sprocket

Before starting, remove the battery and make sure the pole saw cannot accidentally power on.

  1. Remove the battery and place the pole saw on a stable surface.
  2. Loosen the side cover and remove the bar-and-chain cover according to your saw’s manual.
  3. Take off the old chain, clean debris from the bar groove and sprocket area, and inspect the bar for damage or heavy wear.
  4. Install the new chain on the drive sprocket and around the bar, making sure the cutting edges face the correct direction on the top side of the bar.
  5. Reinstall the cover, then adjust chain tension so the chain sits snugly on the bar but can still be pulled around by hand with a gloved hand.
  6. Reinstall the battery only after everything is secured, then run the saw briefly and recheck tension.

A new chain will often stretch slightly during the first few cuts, so check tension again after the first use.

Keeping it sharp

Sharpening a chainsaw chain cutter

A sharp pole saw chain cuts faster, throws larger chips, and puts less strain on the motor.

  • Keep chain oil topped off. Poor lubrication creates heat, speeds wear, and dulls the cutters faster.
  • Avoid contacting dirt, bark packed with grit, fencing, or the ground. Even a brief touch can dull a chain quickly.
  • Touch up the cutters early rather than waiting until the chain is very dull. If the saw starts making fine dust instead of chips, it is time to sharpen.

It is also a good idea to inspect chain tension regularly. A loose chain can derail; an over-tightened chain can wear the bar and drive components prematurely.

FAQ

Does this fit every 10-inch Greenworks pole saw?
No. It is specifically listed for Greenworks Pro PS80L00, PS80L210, PS60L210, PS60L211, PS60L00, and PS60L01. Always confirm the bar and chain specs before ordering.

Can I install this if my old chain is a different size?
Only if your bar and saw are set up for this exact chain size. Bar length alone is not enough—pitch, gauge, and drive-link count must also match.

Why buy a 2-pack?
A spare chain is useful for routine maintenance. You can swap in a sharp chain when the first one dulls, then sharpen the removed chain later instead of stopping work.
